Festival of India On Independence day by NICE Honors Juhi Jain

A festival of India to mark the growing Indian American community in south Jersey was organized at Camden in New Jersey state to celebrate India's Independence Day was organized by National Indo Cooperative Enterprises.
 
Indian flag was hoisted at the Beautiful historic Camden City Delaware River Waterfront sight for the first time ever with the cooperation of the Indian community and the County of Camden . 
 
An eight-hour event was held at Wiggin’s Park on the city’s waterfront, featured ethnic Indian food, cultural Programs, music and dance.  
 
AT this festival Ms. Juhi Jain, founder of Hindi Gyan Vikas Pathshala ,Freehold, NJ, was honored and awarded  a plaque by Mr. K D Patel and bouque of flowers by Ms. Patel , in recognition of Juhi Jain's in recognition of Juhi Jain's outstanding,  invaluable contributions and effort  to the Indian community  in promoting the  Hindi Language, teaching the New generation the 'Matra Bhash Hindi'  their mother tonge and Indian culture and Values to the kids born and brought up in a land far away from their origin. She said that “The Hindi language has the power that will tie the new generation to the old generation back home”. The festival ended by Avish Jain and Shelby Jain singing the Indian National Anthem joined with the group of all participants and the crowd.
 
Mr. K D Patel is the president of NICE , National Indo Cooperative Enterprises serves the Indian American community in the tri-state area comprising the states of New Jersey , New York and Connecticut .

 Over 2000 people from all communities attended the festivities. Indian community from the Tristate area enjoyed the breathtaking beauty of the Camden waterfront. The program was a great success and will be held in coming years with more energy. Families had a fun filled day visiting, the NJ State aquarium, Camden Children's park, the Historic Battleship New Jersey, and the boat ride in the Delaware River .
 
 The Camden County government and the Delaware River Port Authority   extended support to this festival.
